My review is on my last check in experience, which I believe was with the owner.Unfortunately on my list visit I was checking in and while doing so was greeted with “your therapist doesn’t offer prenatal massage”….I am not pregnant…I did not book a prenatal massage and I had been seen in the last 2-3 weeks for a NON prenatal massage.To assume and feel so comfortable initiating a conversation with a client, where you assume I did not book the appropriate massage, when in fact you are making a judgement on my condition based on my physical appearance, is inappropriate and concerning.I’m not sure I can continue to frequent an establishment where they feel this comfortable to comment on clients bodies. It’s a shame as I really enjoyed supporting a female owned business, which I did 2-3 times a months for the last few months.If you value not being judged by your appearance and having a safe space for relaxation, then I cannot recommend nirvana.I feel conflicted as I will not be able to support the massage therapists that have done a fantastic job and made me feel great.Ty ListernzTy Listernz ★★★★★ Dolores PadillaDolores Padilla ★★★★★ My wife & I each had separate massages from Rachel. Dolores went first later to let me know how Rachel worked on loosening up her feet first and how that initiated an openness of her body for the rest of the full body massage. I wanted THAT!So when it came my turn, Rachel asked me what areas of my body needed special attention, I told her “I needed” the same foot treatment and a general overall massage that “melts my body into the massage table” as she characterized it. Mission accomplished. It may be my imagination, it’s been over a week since Rachel laid her healing hands on my body, but I still feel great.
